Pink October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Self-examination should be done monthly.

The best time to do self-examination is a few days after menstruation when the breast is less bloated. For those who are in menopause, you can at any time of the month.

In self examination you should check for lumps on the breast or underarm, and if there is any nipple discharge, changes in breast appearance, such as swelling or the direction of the nipple.

There is no scientific evidence of the connection between the bra or antiperspirant deodorant and the development of breast cancer.

Hair/Wig Review - Freetress Equal "kitty" (colour p1b/30)

Hi, this is my new wig review! This is an invisible L part wig from  Freetress Equal called "Kitty". This long bob is a short to medium synthetic straight hair wig.

The colour i'm wearing is p1b/30. It has adjustable straps and two combs near the part in the front and one at the nape area in the back of the unit. It's curling iron safe.

I bought this wig at my local beauty supply store. I forgot the price,but it was around £25.
